He is survived by: his wife Suzanne (Suzie); his children, Nicole (John Johnson), Michael (Sandy Kubelka) and Dominic (Audra Kubelka); his grandchildren, Joe, Leo, Jack, Rebecca, Chloe, Henry, Shannon, Teddy, Charlie, Tony, Louie and George; his sister Marcella Anderson; his nieces, Missy, Maria, Stephanie, Monica, Suzie and Julie; and his nephew Bill.
