He is survived by: his wife Teresa Huerta Arellano; his children, Patricia Perez, Alma Perez, Juan Carlos Montenegro, Cristian Flores, Leo Garcia and Carlos Garcia; his grandchildren, Victoria Garcia, Jonah Jacob Perez and Elijah Isaiah Briseño; and his siblings, Adelaida Perez Hernandez, Evangelina Perez Hernandez, Rosa Maria Perez Hernandez, Josefina Perez Hernandez, Enrique Perez Hernandez, Raul Perez Hernandez, Jose Luis Perez Hernandez, Andres Perez Hernandez, Juan Antonio Perez Hernandez and Sergio Perez Hernandez. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 18th 2026 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Carrillo Funeral Home - South Fort (913 E Seminary Dr, Fort Worth, TX 76115).
