He is survived by: his wife Rebeca Valdez; his children, Isabella Valdez and Alexander Valdez; his stepsons, Collin (Erin) and Conner; his grandson Alder Lucera; his siblings, Eva Quintana (Loren) and Marvin Valdez; his nieces and nephews, Ginger Martinez (Eddie), Ruben Valdez (Maria), Siobhan Torres (Alfred), Renee Quintana-Romero (Joseph), Eddy Quintana (Tiffany), Cynthia Gallegos (Adrian) and Jennifer Valdez; and his great-nieces and great-nephews, Joshua, Sophia Martinez, Benjamin, Desiree Torres, Adam, Aspen, Autumn Valdez, Tigerlily Quintana and Eliana Gallegos.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, April 28th 2026 at 10:30 AM at the Dallas-Fort Worth National Cemetery (2000 Mountain Creek Pkwy, Dallas, TX 75211).
