He was predeceased by: his parents, Juan Solis and Celia Solis (Carrasco). He is survived by: his wife Soledad Aguirre Tapia; his sons, Guillermo (Norma), Omar (Nancy), Jose (Ricarda) and Jesus "Picho" Solis; his grandchildren, Lourdes Solis, Dulce Solis, Willy Solis, Steven Solis, Omar Solis, Giovanny Solis, Junior Solis and Matthew Cuacuas; his great grandchild Luca Solis; and his siblings, Elva Solis-Carrasco, Argelia Solis Carrasco, Eglantina Solis Carrasco, Benito Solis Carrasco, Marcos Solis Carrasco and Juan Solis Carrasco. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the John J. Ferry & Sons Funeral Home (88 E Main St, Meriden, CT 06450). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, April 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose of Lima Church (35 Center St, Meriden, CT 06450).
