He was predeceased by: his parents, Salvatore Onalfo and Theresa Onalfo (Carpentieri). He is survived by: his sisters, Donna DelGobbo (Raymond) of Cheshire and Stephanie Urcinas (Anthony) of North Carolina; and his girlfriend Jill Walker of Massachusetts. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
