Abate (Lisa) of Avon and Scott P. Abate (Becky) of Rumford, RI; his grandchildren, Molly C. Abate, Connor M. Abate, Jordan C. Abate (Jessica) and Riley C. Abate; and his sister Linda A. Plankey of Hamden. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins; and his dear friends and neighbors.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Saturday, April 26th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Church of Saint Ann (289 Arch Rd, Avon, CT 06001).
