He was predeceased by: his wife Cynthia Rapp (Leonard); his parents, Harold C. Rapp and Doris Rapp Sr. (Reed); and his brother Carl Rapp. He is survived by: his sons, Ryan Rapp, Justin Rapp, David Rapp, Robbie Leonard and Corey Leonard; and his siblings, Johnnie Rapp, Dorothy Rapp, Linda Sturtevant, Lila Bendlak and Diane Aeschlimann. He is also survived by five grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Monday, April 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Buckmiller Ford Mengacci Funeral Home (82 Fairview Ave, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Michael's Episcopal Church (210 Church St, Naugatuck, CT 06770). A burial will be held on Tuesday, April 22nd 2025 from 11:15 AM to 11:30 AM at the St. James Cemetery.
