She was predeceased by: her parents, Joseph Meehan and Elizabeth Lorenz Meehan Sini; her stepfather Armas Sini, Sr.; her daughter Emily Burdick Monahan Scalera; her grandson Jacob Monahan; and her brother-in-law Bill Burdick.
She is survived by: her children, Elizabeth Burdick (Lloyd) of New London, Benjamin F. Burdick V (Kelly) of Plainfield, Erin Mahony (Bill) of New London, Peter Burdick (Erica) of Cromwell and William Burdick (Chenoa) of Bridgewater, VT.; her grandchildren, Nicholas, Drew Rasmussen, Daniel Scalera, Sarah Burdick, Abby Burdick Hartland (Cam), Sam Burdick (Liv), William Mahony, Jr. (Allysyn), Benjamin VI, Shane Burdick, Joben and Kinsley Burdick; her great grandchildren, Augie and Remy Hartland; her brother Reid; her sisters-in-law, Ann Burdick of New London, Nancy Burdick of Waterford and Barbara Skinner (Bruce) of New London; her cousin Elinor Ann Goulart of Oakdale; and her friends, Elinor Ann, Trudy, Linda and Jan. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews and grand nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Byles Memorial (99 Huntington St, New London, CT 06320). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 10:30 AM at the St. Joseph Church (149 Montauk Ave, New London, CT 06320).
