She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. "Birdie" Ptak; her parents, Walter Milek and Mary Brejnak Milek; her siblings, Stanley, Alexander, Benjamin, John Milek, Virginia Siekierski, Jennie Cordner, Agnes Saddig and Sophie Sobireski; her nephews, Jeffrey Saddig, Leon "Junior" Siekierski and David Siekierski; and her niece Cindy Sobireski.
She is survived by: her son Mark A. Ptak (Terri) of Seymour. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, April 30th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Spinelli-Ricciuti Funeral Home (62 Beaver St, Ansonia, CT 06401). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, May 1st 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St Joseph Church (32 Jewett St, Ansonia, CT 06401).
