It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Maria Ann Consiglio of East Haven, Connecticut, who passed away on April 24, 2025, at the age of 89, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Andrew F. Consiglio; and her brother Pasquale J. Cocchiaro. She is survived by: her children, Andrew G. Consiglio Sr. of New Haven, Joseph P. Consiglio (Donna) of East Haven, Frances L. Consiglio (Fran) of East Haven and Peter G. Consiglio (Sally) of East Haven; her grandchildren, Andrew Consiglio Jr. of North Branford, Annmarie Consiglio of New Haven, Gino A. Consiglio of East Haven, Nicole Desrosiers (Shaun) of East Haven, Christine of East Haven, Kelly Consiglio of East Haven and Michelle Polhamus (Christopher) of New Braunfels, TX.; her great grandchildren, Isabelle Desrosiers, Ava, Joseph Consiglio, Michael and Matthew Polhamus; her close friend MaryAnn Poleshek; her friend Nancy Ryan; and her niece Roberta Cahon. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, and dear friends.
Visitation will be held on Monday, May 5th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Porto Funeral Home (234 Foxon Rd, East Haven, CT 06513). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Augustine Church (30 Caputo Rd, North Branford, CT 06471).
