He was predeceased by: his wife Mary Galatro Donahue; his sister Margaret Duval (Peg); and his parents, Sarah Donahue and John Donahue. He is survived by: his siblings, John Donahue (Jack) and Helen Orr (Honey); his children, John Donahue (Linda) of Newington, Rose Maljanian (John) of Farmington, Kate Donahue of Newington and Pete Donahue of Wethersfield; his grandchildren, Rachel Tucker, William Donahue, Brianna Ritaccio (Mike), Gavin Donahue (Julie), Patrick Donahue and David Maljanian; his great grandchildren, Landon, Brynn Motta and Joey Ritaccio; and his caregivers, Aline, Kevin and Anne. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 11:00 AM at the Newington Memorial (20 Bonair Ave, Newington, CT 06111). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, May 6th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the West Meadow Cemetery (679 Willard Ave, Newington, CT 06111).
