The passing of Nancy Janice Hoernner of Stonington, Connecticut leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on April 30, 2025 at the age of 69. She was predeceased by: her parents, Nancy (Arthur Haberbush) and NJ; and her brothers, Arthur "Barry" Haberbush and Glenn Haberbush. She is survived by: her husband Mark S. Silvester; her grandchildren, Axel, Alexandra, Larsen and August; and her sister Patricia Kasm. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Mystic Funeral Home (51 Williams Ave, Mystic, CT 06355). A memorial service will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Calvary Episcopal Church (27 Church St, Stonington, CT 06378).
In lieu of flowers, the family invites donations to be made in her memory to The ALS Association.
