She was predeceased by: her husband H. William Creaser; her parents, Gordon Perry and Christine Perry (Davidson); her son J. David Moffitt (Kathy) of Guilford; and her siblings, Margaret Christensen (Roy) and Gordon (Christine).
She is survived by: her former husband John J. Moffitt; her children, Steven Moffitt (Sherry) of Guilford, Leslie Guglielmo (Russell) of Seekonk, MA., Pamela Dodge (Brian) of Nantucket, MA and Susan Norton (George) of Coventry; her sister Janet Perry Marshall (Colin) of Thomaston, Maine.; her grandchildren, Andria, Kyle, Brandon, John Moffitt, Chris, Tim, Keeley, George, Erin and Christine; her great grandchild Marlon; and her grandchildren, Messiah, Lennon, Giovanni, Stella, MacKenna, Isla Cami and Brook.
Visitation will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Guilford Funeral Home (115 Church St, Guilford, CT 06437).
