She was predeceased by: her parents, John P. Kelsey Jr. and Lavina M. Kelsey (Cantore); her son John Kelsey Hoffman; and her brother-in-law Robert James Hoffman (Elizabeth). She is survived by: her husband Thomas Albert Hoffman; her children, Derek James Hoffman and Heidi Hoffman Gostyla (Jefferey F. Gostyla); and her grandson Troy T. Gostyla of West Hartford. She is also survived by two nieces, a nephew, and many loving family members and friends.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, May 8th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Molloy Funeral Home (906 Farmington Ave, West Hartford, CT 06119). A celebration of life will be held on Friday, May 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. John's Episcopal Church (679 Farmington Ave, Hartford, CT 06105). A burial will be held on Saturday, May 10th 2025 at 10:45 AM and at 11:00 AM at the Park View Cemetery (40 Fehr Ave, Schenectady, NY 12309).
