He was predeceased by: his parents, Mario Mazzotta and Rosaria Mazzotta (Giardina); and his sisters, Mary Fazzino and Nella Santapaola. He is survived by: his wife Maria Rosetta (Fazzino); his son Mario; his daughter-in-law Nella of Rockfall; his daughter Sara; his son-in-law Richard Beger of White Hall; and his grandchildren, Luigi (Gino), Nicholas, Alexia, Christina and Anthony.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, May 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the D'Angelo Funeral Home (22 S Main St, Middletown, CT 06457). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Saint Sebastian Church (155 Washington St, Middletown, CT 06457). A burial will be held on Wednesday, May 14th 2025 at the Saint Sebastian's Cemetery (75 Meriden Rd, Rockfall, CT 06481).
