It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Theresa Ann Francis of Middletown, Connecticut, who passed away on August 20, 2025, at the age of 84, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her significant other Gasper Jansky; her parents, Amedeo A. Negrelli, Sr. and Amelia Marie Negrelli (Copes); her son Wayne Francis Sr.; and her siblings, Lillian Henderson and Amedeo Negrelli, Jr..
She is survived by: her children, Deborah Fugedi (Louis) of Higganum, Howard Francis of East Haddam, Paul Francis of Cheshire and Matthew Francis (Sheryl) of Middletown; her sisters, Mary Jane Woxland of Westbrook, Amelia Anderson of Plainville and Gloria Casagrande of Higganum; and her great grandchildren, Colton and Isabella. She is also survived by six grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457).
