He was predeceased by: his parents, William Eltman and Lucy Eltman. He is survived by: his brother Dick; his sister-in-law Cecelia Eltman of Berlin; and his sibling's children, Eric, Jeffrey Eltman, David, Kevin King and Kaitlyn Luciano.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:30 AM at the New Britain Memorial (444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, CT 06053). A prayer will be held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the New Britain Memorial-Sagarino Funeral Home (444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, CT 06053).
