He was predeceased by: his parents, Valentine L. Luppert, Jr. and Bessie "Betty" Luppert (Irish). He is survived by: his significant other Milagros Santiago of Middletown; his children, Lawrence Luppert of Norwich and Yvonne Saldana of Middletown; his siblings, Robert Luppert (Sandy) of Norwich, William Luppert (Cathy) of Norwich, Valerie Tucker (Tom) of Norwich and Carol Rinbolt (Keith) of Norwich; and his granddaughters, LeAna of New Britain and Lexus Thomas of New Britain. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Biega Funeral Home (3 Silver St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
