He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Kelley and Elinor Kelley; and his siblings, Harold Kelley, Richard Kelley, Clifford Kelley, William Kelley and Elinor Dodge.
He is survived by: his wife Marlene Kelley (Sterling); his children, Lorie Paniati (Jim Paniati) of New Hartford, Karen Lapointe (Rick Lapointe) of Winsted and Kevin Kelley (Jen Meach) of Winsted; and his siblings, Patricia Cappabianca, Thomas Kelley, Terrence Kelley, Joan Tully, Kathy Kelley, Sharon Rich and Dennis Kelley. He is also survived by numerous brothers and sisters in-law, and many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Phalen Funeral Home (285 Migeon Ave, Torrington, CT 06790). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers contributions may be made to St Judes Children's Hospital.
