It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Dorothy K. Dudchik of Ansonia, Connecticut, who passed away on August 21, 2025, at the age of 92, leaving to mourn family and friends. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
Though Dorothy may no longer walk beside us, her memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Dorothy touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In her absence, her spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
She was predeceased by: her husband Nicholas J. Dudchik; her parents, Otto M. Karlak and Dorothy Warcholik Karlak; and her grandsons, Anthony Thomas Dudchik and Robert Allen Dudchik.
She is survived by: her children, Nancy J. Dudchik of Branford and Thomas J. Dudchik (Nora) of East Haddam.
Visitation was held on Monday, August 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 at 9:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Three Saints Orthodox Church (26 Howard Ave, Ansonia, CT 06401). A burial was held on Tuesday, August 26th 2025 from 11:15 AM to 12:15 PM at the Pine Grove Cemetery (15 Church St, Ansonia, CT 06401).
