He was predeceased by: his parents, Pedro Barreto and Ignacia Barreto (Rentas). He is survived by: his children, Evelyn Barreto (Albert Rodriguez), Minerva Barreto, Jose Barreto (Waleska Barreto), Noemi Vazquez, Isaias F. Barreto (Yeilian Barreto) and Ivette A. Leka (Teodor Leka); and his brother Pedro Barreto. He is also survived by grandkids, great grandkids, nephew's and niece.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Dillon-Baxter Funeral Home (1276 Berlin Turnpike, Wethersfield, CT 06109). A funeral service will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location. A burial will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at the Walnut Grove Cemetery (817 Old Colony Rd, Meriden, CT 06450).
