He was predeceased by: his parents, Clarence Chase and Ruth Chase (Church). He is survived by: his wife Anita; his children, Jaclyn Chase (Katie Riley) and Kevin Chase (Jessica); his siblings, N. Paul Chase and Patricia Hamel; his grandchildren, Haley Chase and Jack Silveira Chase; and his stepgrandchildren, Matthew Nelson, Jayce Chinigo, Kylie Cusson and Kacedy Cusson-Riley.
Visitation will be held on Monday, September 1st 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Griswold Funeral Home & Crematory (30 N Main St, Jewett City, CT 06351). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Reed & Haskell Cemetery.
