He was predeceased by: his mother Marie Slate. He is survived by: his wife Renata Sempik; his daughter Monica; his son-in-law Matthew Bartoszkiewicz; his grandson Aleksander Bartoszkiewicz; his sister Joyce Andrews; and his friends, Rebecca Nowatzki and Raymond Sanford. He is also survived by sisters, along with several nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the New Britain Memorial-Donald D. Sagarino Funeral Home (444 Farmington Ave, New Britain, CT 06053). A burial will be held on Saturday, August 30th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (662 Burritt St, New Britain, CT 06053).
