He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Gaudette and Dorilda Gaudette; and his sister Lorraine Nelson. He is survived by: his wife Doris; his children, Linda Gilchrist, Theresa Grabowski (Van), Dena D'Auria (Michael), Michael Gaudette (Jenna Schmeid) and Mark Gaudette (Amanda); his grandchildren, Amanda, Corbin, Michele, David, Jessica, Calvin, Camrin and Andrew; and his great grandchildren, Blair, Blake, Elanor, Silas, Sophia, Eila, William, Maggie and Vinny.
A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Mary's Church (34 N Main St, Jewett City, CT 06351). The military honors will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at the St. Mary's Cemetery.
