We bid farewell to John Francis Reagan of Bloomfield, Connecticut, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 27, 2025 at the age of 96. John touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. He was predeceased by: his parents, John Reagan and Gertrude Reagan (Blake); his wife Rita Reagan (Vaillancourt); his son John Blake Reagan; and his siblings, Elizabeth Waters, Eileen Swan, Richard Reagan and Thomas Reagan of West Hartford.
He is survived by: his daughter Jean Reagan Vibberts of West Hartford, CT; his granddaughters, Kristen Klopp and Michelle Nelson; his daughter-in-law Susan Gumbrecht Reagan of Guilford, CT; his grandchildren-in-law, Melanie Paige and Casey Reagan; his children, James P. Reagan of West Hartford, CT and Kathleen Reagan-Papstein (Steven Papstein) of York, ME; his grandchildren, Kelsey Alley and Madalyn Papstein; and his great grandchildren, Jackson, Ryan, John and Molly.
A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Church of St. Peter Claver (47 Pleasant St, West Hartford, CT 06107). A burial will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Fairview Cemetery (200 Whitman Ave, West Hartford, CT 06107).
