He is survived by: his son-in-law Evan Wynn; his children, Betty Baillargeon (Chris) and Robert E. Crowell III; his grandchildren, Timothy Ryan IV, Shea Capizzano (Jeff), Hunter Baillargeon, Walker Baillargeon, Makenzie Crowell and Mason Crowell; his great grandchildren, Levi Ryan and Cooper Capizzano; his sister Marilynn Hyde (Gordon); his sister-in-law Laurie Percy; his sibling's children, Amy Jeffers (Kevin), Todd Jeffers (Christine), Jason Percy and Kelly Jeffers; and his grandchildren-in-law, Rachel Wynn (Troy) and Bryan Wynn (Darien) of Treat's Pools.
A celebration of life will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 1:00 PM at the Prime (181 W Town St, Norwich, CT 06360).
