With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Lorraine P. Oraczewski of Farmington, Connecticut, who passed away on September 1, 2025. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lorraine P. Oraczewski to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Emilio Pucci and Anita Pucci (Talevi); her husband Frank C. Oraczewski; her brother James Pucci; and her son-in-law Philip Colston.
She is survived by: her children, Cindy J. Colston, Cheryl A. Rasmussen (Phil) and Darryl E. Johnson (Linda); her grandchildren, Drew Colston (Morgan), Rachel Colston (Megan), Sarah Alfano (Dominic), Shelby Johnson (Courtney), Brandon Johnson (Courtney), Melissa Johnson (Derek), Skye Dowler (Scott), Philip Rasmussen, Shaina Rosenbleet (Ben) and Shane Duncan; her great grandchildren, Shaela, Ayianna, Avi, Eleanora, Eli, Charlotte, Wyatt, Carter, Cole and Claire; her siblings, Eugene Pucci (Natalie), Geraldine Naples and Ronald Pucci; and her sister-in-law Barbara Pucci. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Plantsville Funeral Home (975 S Main St, Plantsville, CT 06479). A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Holy Cross Church (31 Biruta St, New Britain, CT 06053). A burial will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at the Sacred Heart Cemetery (250 Gypsy Ln, Meriden, CT 06450).
