As we bid farewell to this luminous soul, let her loved ones carry forward the torch of her memory, illuminating the path ahead with the warmth of her love and the brilliance of her spirit. Though June may journey beyond the horizon of our sight, her essence remains woven into the very fabric of our being — a guiding light in the darkness, a beacon of hope in the night.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Ohlandt and Alice Anguisolla Ohlandt. She is survived by: her son Mark Sokolich; her daughter-in-law Annemarie; and her grandsons, Max and Ian.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Easton Church (655 Morehouse Rd, Easton, CT 06612). A burial will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 1:15 PM at the Madonna Cemetery (2070 Hoefleys Ln, Fort Lee, NJ 07024).
In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Notre Dame of Easton Church in memory of June.
