We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2025, Neva Stubbings of Middletown, Connecticut passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Neva shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Neva farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Burton Stubbings and Anita Stubbings (Tarca); and her sister Nora. She is survived by: her brother Dan Stubbings (Jody); and her uncle Ronnie Tarca (Sandy). She is also survived by two nephews, as well as several cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, September 10th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Coughlin-Lastrina Funeral Home (491 High St, Middletown, CT 06457). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 9:00 AM at the same location. A Mass of Christian burial will be held on Thursday, September 11th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John's Church (19 St Johns Square, Middletown, CT 06457).
