He is survived by: his mother Janet Hernández of Loiza, PR; his children, Nickeichalis Pérez of Loiza, Adneliz Pérez of New Haven, Makeyli Pérez of Tampa, FL and Adnel Pérez of Tampa; his stepfather Miguel Pisaro of New Haven; his brothers, Axel Pisaro of New Haven and José Alexis Cirino Hernández of Loiza; and his grandmother Carmen Lydia Marchand of Jacksonville, FL. He is also survived by many loving aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 9:00 PM at the Radiant Star of Jacob Christian Church (185 Chapel St, New Haven, CT 06513). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 5th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
