She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard Earl Bell and Betty Bulger Bell; and her brother Thomas Bell. She is survived by: her brother Lawrence Bell (Jeannine); her nieces and nephews, Richard Bell and Erin Zinke (Shawn); her great-nephews, Zach and Nick Zinke; and her cousin Gary Hutchinson. She is also survived by other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the First Baptist Church (1576 S 78th St, West Allis, WI 53214). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, April 25th 2026 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
