Mary Edith Risch

With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Mary Edith Risch of Milwaukee, Wisconsin, who passed away on April 18, 2026 at the age of 79. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Reinhold Zangl and Leona Zangl of Antigo; her in-laws, Richard (Dick) and Alyce Risch of Glendale; her brothers, Harold Zangl of Shelton, WA and Phil (Barb Zangl) of West Bend; and her sisters-in-law, Bev Zangl of Sussex and Joan Borgen of Milwaukee.
She is survived by: her husband Randy of Milwaukee; her children, Scott Risch (Becki) of Colgate and Angie Keckeisen (Joe) of Colgate; her sister-in-law Joann Zangl of Shelton, WA; her siblings, Alice Zangl of Antigo and Laurence Zangl (Laurie) of Sussex; her brother-in-law Jack Risch (Gwen Smaglik) of Delafield; and her grandson Gunnar Keckeisen of Colgate. She is also survived by many loving cousins, first cousins once-removed (iykyk), nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the Humane Society (https://www.wihumane.org) in honor of her love of animals, or donations for pancreatic cancer research to help others survive this devastating disease, would be appreciated.
