She was predeceased by: her husband Thomas Chudy; and her parents, James Bann and Pauline Bann. She is survived by: her children, James Chudy and Thomas Chudy (Victoria); her grandchildren, Gino, Sydney, Justin and Logan; her sister Debra Carroll (Steve); and her friend Bonnie DeHarde. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins other relatives and friends.
Visitation will be held on Friday, April 24th 2026 from 12:30 PM to 2:30 PM at the Wisconsin Memorial Park - Chapel Of (13235 W Capitol Dr, Brookfield, WI 53005). A funeral service will be held on Friday, April 24th 2026 at 2:30 PM at the same location.
