Jorge E. Davila

(27 years old)

It is with profound sadness that we announce the passing of Jorge Emilio Davila ("Chacho"), 27, of Wauwatosa, WI, on June 12, 2026.

Jorge was born February 27, 1999 in Guadalajara, Jalisco, Mexico, the son of Jorge Alberto Davila and Maria Isabel Ornelas Davila. Jorge graduated from Wauwatosa West in 2017, then went on to college. He worked as an Assistant Branch Manager at Mariner Finance.

He was a people person, and brought joy and laughter to his friends and family. He was passionate about soccer, playing video games, and animals. Whether he was playing soccer from early age or watching the game he loved, traveling, cheering on his favorite team- Real Madrid, or spending time with his beloved pets (Pique, Frida, and Vini), he found happiness in these endeavors. As a soccer enthusiast, he loved travelling to watch soccer games. From early on as an avid club soccer player for FC Wisconsin Nationals, Elm Grove SC, or Bavarian FC, this sport connected him with many lifelong friends and helped create countless cherished memories. His love for animals reflected his compassionate spirit. He never hesitated to take care of an injured animal and offer comfort to creatures in need.

Above all, Chacho will be remembered for his wit, sense of humor, warm smile, larger than life attitude, and caring heart.

Remaining to cherish Jorge's memory are parents, Jorge and Isabel Ornelas Davila; brother, Santiago Davila, paternal Grandmother, Maria Teresa Aduna Azuara, maternal aunt, Norma Ornelas-Roberts (Jerry), cousin, Alexis Roberts, friends and relatives who will forever treasure his memory. Preceding Jorge in death are maternal grandparents, J Trinidad Ornelas and Maria de los Angeles Mercado, and paternal grandfather Jorge Davila Munoz.

Visitation will be held Wednesday, June 17, 2026 at 10:30 am at St. Jude the Apostle Parish, 734 Glenview Ave in Wauwatosa, WI. Memorial services will be held at 11:00 am, with Father Justin Weber officiating.

Though his time with us was far too brief, the love, laughter, and joy that Jorge shared will continue to live on in the hearts of all who knew him.
