A funeral service will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:30 AM at the Madronia Cemetery (14766 Oak St, Saratoga, CA 95070).
He has won many teaching and scientific research achievement awards and made important contributions to China's science and technology education.
