He was predeceased by: his parents, Simon Talavera and Katie Bisceglia; and his siblings, Rachel Rushing, Teri Juarez and Jesse Miranda.
He is survived by: his wife Angie Talavera; his children, Kathy Talavera, David Talavera Jr. (Sasha), Barbara Thompson (Danny), Maya Talavera, Derek Talavera and Marria Talavera; and his sisters, Cruz Arballo (Augie), Angie Miranda and Diane Rabago.
Viewing will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Grunnagle-Ament-Nelson Family Funeral Home & Crematory (870 San Benito St, Hollister, CA 95023). A rosary will be held on Wednesday, April 9th 2025 at 5:30 PM at the same location. A Mass will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Saint Benedicts Church (1200 Fairview Rd, Hollister, CA 95023). A burial will be held on Thursday, April 10th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Calvary Cemetery (1100 Hillcrest Rd, Hollister, CA 95023).
