He was predeceased by: his parents, Peter Degenstein and Margaret Degenstein; his wife Marge; and his siblings, Leonard, Walter, Benny, Raymond, Julia, Betty and Kate.
He is survived by: his son Greg (Keli); his grandchildren, Tommy, Drake, Shane, Gage, Meagan and Haley; his great grandchild Lori Gerick; and also, Mikayla, Brenton and Samuel.
Viewing will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:30 PM at the Cherokee Memorial (14165 Beckman Rd, Lodi, CA 95240). A rosary will be held on Monday, April 28th 2025 at 6:00 PM at the same location. A celebration of life will be held on Tuesday, April 29th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St Anne's Church (215 W Walnut St, Lodi, CA 95240).
In lieu of Flowers, the family requests donations to Adventist Health Hospice Care who provided impeccable service and care during his final days.
