He was predeceased by: his parents, John Louis Howard and Maurine Damron Howard; his siblings, Kathryn Joann Faust and Alan Bert Howard; his son Keith Mark Howard; and his great grandchildren, Angel Marie Harp, Cecilia Faye Harp and Karla Sue Hurt.
He is survived by: his wife Corrine Joan Howard; and his sons, Steven Louis Howard (Michelle Denise Howard) and Gregory Scott Howard (Ree Michele Howard). He is also survived by many grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 13th 2025 at the Grimes Funeral Chapels (728 Jefferson St, Kerrville, TX 78028).
