She is survived by: her children, John Silva (Kristina) of Sacramento, California, Filomena Nunes (Antonio) of Merced and Diane Marcotte (Matthew) of Elk Grove, California; her sisters, Vielmina Pires Rocha of Ladeira Grande, Ribeirinha, Terceira, Açores, Fatima Pires of Acampo and Merces Morais of Ontario, Canada; her grandchildren, Sandra Schoonhoven (Jason), Allison Ponceano (Paul), Kristine Nunes (Cody Souza), Nathan Silva, Rebekah Silva, Robert Silva, Julia Marcotte and Amanda Marcotte; and her great grandchildren, Emily Schoonhoven, Grant Schoonhoven, Claire Schoonhoven, Aubrey Ponceano, Landon Ponceano and Brady Ponceano. She is also survived by her sisters-in-law; and many beloved nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Whitehurst-Norton-Dias Funeral Service (286 W Main St, Turlock, CA 95380). A rosary will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, September 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Patrick's Parish (671 E Yosemite Ave, Merced, CA 95340).
