With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Verla Mae Dutra (Santa Maria, California), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 26, 2025 at the age of 90. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ivan Wolfinbarger and Minnie Wolfinbarger. She is survived by: her sister Freeda King; her daughter Rhonda; her son-in-law Brent; and her grandchildren, Brandy, Matthew and Lorraine Bewley (Cookie). She is also survived by sister.
A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 2nd 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Santa Maria Cemetery (1501 S College Dr, Santa Maria, CA 93454).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests contributions in her memory to Dignity Hospice, who were so caring and supportive in her final days.
