She was predeceased by: her parents, Innocente Ghezzi (Charlie) and Annunciata Ghezzi (Dora); her husband David Otellini; her brother Ray; and her son Paul.
She is survived by: her son Steven; her daughter-in-law Sandy; her grandchildren, Patrick (Marissa) and Alexis; and her great grandchildren, Nico and Mia.
A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, August 29th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Jesus Church (1555 39th Ave, San Francisco, CA 94112).
