We are sad to announce that on August 25, 2025, at the age of 84, Billie Sparlin (Tulare, California) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rodger Ake and Mildred Ake; her husband Gary Sparlin; her siblings, Frank Ake and Bonnie; her brother-in-law David Winnett; and her nephew Lance Winnett.
She is survived by: her children, Brent Sparlin (Tina) and Sloan Elmore (Danny); her grandchildren, Brandon Elmore (Krista), Christina Bustamante (Jason), Brooke Harvey (Drew) and Morgan Benson (Johnathan); and her great grandchildren, Tatum, Hope, Eden, Noah, Charlotte, Bastion and Cindle. She is also survived by her family, Joyce was more than a mother and grandmother.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the First Church of God (833 N Blackstone St, Tulare, CA 93274).
