He was predeceased by: his daughter Barbara Reane Torres; and his siblings, Kathy Laughton and Richard Matsen. He is survived by: his wife Gloria Matsen; his children, Michelle Matsen, Raquel Matsen, Tim Matsen Jr., Daniel Torres and Bobby A. Torres; and his grandchildren, Elizabeth Feitas, Rebecca English and Alexus Rabon.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 5:00 PM at the Allen Mortuary (247 N Broadway, Turlock, CA 95380). A rosary will be held on Thursday, September 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the same location.
