Gerald Marable

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Gerald Marable of Moreno Valley, California, born in Roanoke, Alabama, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on September 1, 2025 at the age of 75. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parent Vester; his wife Maria Lourdes Marable; his sons, Jerome Crawford (Natasha) and Andre Marable (Lori); his grandchildren, Shaniya, Diamond, Deja, Zion, Angel, Gabriel, London, Brianna, Brooke and Elijah; and his siblings, Tony Marable, Linda, Gail and Alfreda. He was also cherished by five great-grandchildren.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, September 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:30 PM and on Monday, September 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Tillman Riverside Chapel (2874 10th St, Riverside, CA 92507). A celebration of life will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location. A burial will be held on Monday, September 15th 2025 at 1:45 PM at the Riverside National Cemetery (22495 Van Buren Boulevard, Riverside, CA 92518).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Bruce's memory to the ALS Foundation, in hopes of sparing others the hardship of this disease.
