He is survived by: his wife Diane Twiford (Romo); his daughter Brittney Smith; his son-in-law Mark Smith Jr.; his granddaughters, Brianna and Jessica Smith; his sisters-in-law, Debra Elsey (Romo) and Jennifer Brown (Romo); and his sibling's children, Sherese, Kellie, Madeline and Corey.
Visitation will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM at the Fry Memorial Chapel (550 S Central Ave, Tracy, CA 95376). A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 10:30 AM to 11:30 AM at the same location. A graveside service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 from 1:30 PM to 2:00 PM at the San Joaquin Valley National Cemetery (32053 McCabe Rd, Santa Nella, CA 95322).
