He was predeceased by: his siblings, Sadie Murphy and Martin Ffrench. He is survived by: his wife Rosaleen; his brother Fintan; his children, Richard, Pearse, Anne and Niall; his children-in-law, Suzy, Suzi, Annette and Robert; and his grandchildren, Chloe (Anthony), Connor, Fiona, Thomas, Patrick, David, Fintan, Ellarose, James and Philip.
Viewing was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Poway-Bernardo Mortuary (13243 Poway Rd, Poway, CA 92064). A vigil service was held on Monday, September 8th 2025 from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, September 9th 2025 at 10:45 AM at the Saint Gregory the Great Catholic Church (11451 Blue Cypress Dr, San Diego, CA 92131). A graveside service will be held on Tuesday, September 16th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Mission San Luis Rey Cemetery (4050 Mission Rd, Oceanside, CA 92057).
