He is survived by: his mother Deborah Lynn Pollock (Freeman); his wife Audra Renee Phelan; his children, Jordan and Jayden Deac; his stepsons, Zack and Seth Anderson; his sisters, Jennifer and Kelley Phelan; his grandmother Marian Irene Seitz (Candelent); his nephews, Sean Patrick Phelan, Milan Michelle Jordan, Nicholas Ryder Phelan, Harley Lynn Rebelo (Kylie Marie Rebelo), Michael Jeffrey Rebelo (Isabella Christine Rebelo), Jacob Joseph Phelan Zaragoza and Seger Backes; and his sisters-in-law, Brandy Backes and Bridget Phelan (Backes).
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, September 20th 2025 at 12:00 PM at 5114 W Northern Ave, Glendale, AZ 85301.
