She was predeceased by: her parents, Thomas James Chastain of Tahlequah and Dorothy Lillie Jane Baskins of Braggs, Oklahoma.. She is survived by: her husband Fred England; her sister Nancy Ely; her daughters, Janet England Frost (Richard Frost) and Dona Carroll (Larry Carroll); her grandchildren, Lindsay Steele and Taylor Carroll; her pets, Simeon and Zoe; and her great grandchildren, Liam Carroll, Jace Steele, Hudson Carroll and Skylie Steele.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, September 19th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary in the Cypress Chapel (24145 Barton Rd, Loma Linda, CA 92354).
