He was predeceased by: his fathers, Leon Faye Parks (Luther) and Albert Henry Norman Parks. He is survived by: his children, Anissa Noonkester, Heather Parks, Jason Parks, Josh Parks, Andy Parks, Missy Parks, Michael Parks and Ashley Parks; and his brothers, Henry Parks, Norman Parks and Gerald Parks. He is also survived by his 23 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
A funeral service will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Dinuba Church of Christ (480 S College Ave, Dinuba, CA 93618).
