In the soft embrace of remembrance, we recall the profound impact Barbara had on those she encountered along her journey. Though Barbara may have slipped beyond the veil of mortality, her essence lingers like a faint fragrance in the air, a lingering reminder of the beauty and complexity of the human experience.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Bernice Brown and Edmund G. "Pat" Brown; her sister Cynthia; and her brother-in-law Joseph Kelly. She is survived by: her son Charlie; her siblings, Edmund G. Brown, Jr. (Anne Gust) and Kathleen Brown (Van Gordon Sauter); her son Charles (Joen Traeger-Casey); her grandchildren, Katherine and Edmund; and her son John. She is also survived by three children and grandson, as well as cousins.
In lieu of flowers, the Casey family asks that donations be made to a local chapter of the Society of St. Vincent de Paul, or to a charity of one's choice.
